The drawings below, display several ways the ideas of both practitioners can be displayed through design. There a several concepts that tend to repeat themselves throughout the drawings. These are:
Stephen Hawking:
- These drawings are mostly independent rather then being calved or sculpted out of a larger mass.
- They vary in scale, mass and dimension.
- They seem to push boundaries of possibility and reality; yet seem to find a way to flow in an understanding and significant way.
Charles Darwin:
- These drawings are mostly modular and spaces have been created mostly by subtracting mass from a larger object.
- Scale is appropriate, hence keeping an explainable concept which encourages the lack of waste.
- They are quite rational and seem to depend on the other two objects to work.
