The obvious height of the building resembles many corporate high rises, ornament is null, in a true modernist approach. However, I hear you ask: if there is no ornament, then what are the two arches that run vertically up the building? These arches play on the concept: The more powerful you are, the more enemies you have. They represent a defensive barrier, hence are not ornamental but functional.
